We received a cool drink at check-in and there was a wide variety of food to choose from. Also, the location was convenient.

The service was poor and we found the staff to be unfriendly. There were also issues with cleanliness, and the entertainment was not enjoyable.

Special note of thanks to manager. Nice to have a balcony. We where in a hurry and didn't use the indoor swimming pool so cant comment. Best hotel we have stayed in.

The place is wonderful and take 10 minutes to go to Jemaa al Fna square by taxi. The facilities are similar to those caribbean resorts

The music of the nightclub cabaret is too loud. if you want a good service, prepare good tips

The hotel's garden was well-maintained and offered the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll. The food was impressive, and there was always something new to try. The shuttle service to the city was timely and efficient, and the staff were always on hand to offer helpful advice.

The indoor pool was extremely cold and not a pleasant option for a swim. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in most areas of the hotel, making it hard to stay connected.

It was a pleasure not to have to leave the hotel I was with an 84 year old lady who wanted some sunshine and good food. As she is partially sited it would help if you had white paint on the ground as a line so she could see where the slopes are... Other wise everything was very good. A little exaggeration by the receptionist on the estimates of the cost of Taxis....

Bare wires in bathroom where hairdryer should have been. Smoke detector - no batteries installed. Very cold areas in hotel - ground floor seating area and 1st floor games area

Poor quality food, canteen style meals. Hotel would not arrange taxis with price they would simply call a taxi round for you then to haggle with. This is not acceptable for a hotel and the system should be changed.

Some of the staff at reception desk were not as friendly. Shuttle to the city is completely useless it stops nowhere useful.

Great hotel a bit far out , moroccon resturant wasn't good at all poor food , Pool staff fantastic great yoga class. Also sunloungers if ur not up by 09am u won't get one by the pool , I would stay here again especially with kids all inculuded .

It was away from the city centre which was a positive for us, as it meant we could travel in and out of the intensity of the town. It is a very nice hotel, rooms are decent, and the staff are very helpful. It was quiet, and peaceful, with nice scenery, plants, pool and loungers. An all inclusive deal meant we had no extra costs and the food was good.

We loved our stay. Good accommodation and facilities. Good service and friendly people. Very good value for your money!

The water in the heated indoor pool were too cold. 5 degrees up and it would be perfect.
